Introduction to RIS Apartments

We started providing property management service for rental apartments and eventually founded RIS Central Apartments Yerevan brand.

Here we offer carefully selected and well-managed serviced apartments in central locations of Yerevan, where you can feel the rhythm of the city.

November, 2016

Fancy Aparthotel concept

We developed an Aparthotel concept for a property near Dalma Mall. High floor, outstanding views! We just needed to add a fancy environment and the FYM-standard impeccable service.

RIS Dalma

RIS Dalma Collection Yerevan started operating at the end of May, and immediately drew attention from the international travelers and locals seeking for an exclusive accommodation options.

Here we offer a collection of unique apartments each with amazing views of the Yerevan skyline. The apartments are designed by the latest trends of modern interior design with the help of local artists.

We are thrilled to be chosen the first (and up to date the only) apartments in Armenia to comply with Airbnb Plus standards. A completely new experience in providing hospitality services for us.

Tsaghkadzor expansion

Working hard to introduce stylish bunch of individual apartments in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia's most popular recreation city, which is some 55 km away from capital Yerevan. Apartments will be fully serviced with all the standard RIS facilities.
