- At least 3 years of work experience;
- Knowledge of all ingredients in a European kitchen;
- Excellent managerial and organizational skills;
- Outstanding leadership and management skills, and the ability to organize and control;
- Culinary creativity and a desire to delight others.

What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate and control the work of the cold kitchen department's staff;
- Training staff to prepare and cook all menu items;
- Monitor the proper performance of the employee's work duties;
- Observe the freshness and proper appearance of the dishes;
- Ensure that customers are served quality food in a timely manner;
- Submit menu proposals.
